LAND SURVEYING
HOW WE WORK
In addition to property valuation, we offer land surveying services. In the recent years, the company has done parcelling projects (morcellement) where it was responsible from day one to the last sale; going through the drawings, permits, infrastructural work and others, up to the final sale of the parcelled lots. The survey department is fully equipped with modern computers, GPS technology, map making and reproduction.

On site, the work is done with three sets of Total Stations, namely, 1 Sokkia set 1X, 2 Leica TS 01, 1 GPS Leica GS14. The field staff is composed of seven members and most of them have more than ten years of experience. The office work is done on PCs equipped with Autocad, Model Maker, and other custom made softwares.
THE DRONE
The work capabilities have recently been widened with the addition of a drone to the surveying equipment. The drone is a precise and reliable tool that offers a wide range of aptitudes including aerial photography, topographical, and volume surveys. On site, the drone is controlled by our specialist to capture all the data, which is later computer processed at the office using a specific software
